Call to order
The meeting was called to order at 3:05 PM by President Jim Wallace.
NEW BOARD MEMBERS
New members Doug Rich and Bob Anacker were welcomed to the Board of Directors.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Due to the absence of two members it was decided to postpone the election of officers until the next meeting in February.
TREASURERS REPORT (Summary)
Louie Aguilar presented the treasurer’s report.
Items (attachments) presented were:
December 2011 Monthly report
December 31, 2011 bank balance of $27,674.59
Current balance as of 1/10/12 is $29,783.55 with an outstanding Accounts Payable of $10,073.25
Homeowner saving account is $3,297.64. This money will be returned to homeowners once the new water rates are establish for 2012

OLD BUSINESS
Approval and purchase of a new greens mower and method of financing.
The purchase and financing of a “Greens Mover” for a total price of $27,260 has been discussed over the last couple months
President Jim Wallace provided information negotiated with Central Valley Bank to finance this purchase.
One proposal was a 3 year payment plan of $1082 a month with 10 payments per year. Total cost of the loan would be approximately $32,000.
The other proposal was a 5 year payment plan of $690 per month with 10 payments per year. Total cost of the loan would be approximately $34,000
An additional proposal was introduced to also add a MD Workman utility cart for an additional $8,120 was introduced.
The estimated monthly cost for 12 payments a year would be approximately $695 per month.
The total cost over 5 years would be $41,700.
After considerable discussion a motion was made by Bob Anacker and seconded by Ronnie Bradbury to purchase the Greens Mower and finance it through Central Valley Bank.
The motion passed 3-1 in favor of the motion
KITCHEN HELP 2012
Connie Rogers and Ronnie Bradbury reported the hiring of Sandra Dolittle as Head Cook in the kitchen for 2012. She will be assisted by Delores Russell and another kitchen helper to be hired in the future.
CART SHED DOORS
It was reported that Jim Rogers has completed nearly 30 sets of doors on the cart sheds. The approximate cost of materials is about $60 per set of doors.
OLD BUSINESS
A brief discussion occurred regarding the changing the League play back to Tuesday night. It was tabled to the next meeting.
A proposal was made to attempt to stimulate more play. The proposal consisted of offering a discounted rate of $60 for two golfers and a cart to play all day from 11:00 AM to closing. It is hoped that this will bring in enough golfers to support opening the kitchen from 12:00 to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays.
This item was also tabled until the next meeting.
A motion was made by Louie Aguilar and seconded by Ronnie Bradbury to adjourn the meeting.
The motion was approved and President Jim Wallace adjourned the meeting at 5:05 PM
